EPIGENETICS
Epigenetics is the mechanism that controls the behavior of genes
It is a set of switches that can turn the genes in your body on or off. These switches don't change the instructions in your DNA, but they can influence how your genes work. They can be affected by factors such as your lifestyle and environment, and can also be passed from parents to children. In short, epigenetics is a kind of chemical “tag” that can modify how your genes work without changing the genetic information itself.
